About ME

I'm from Sherwood, Oregon and attended University of Oregon for my first two years-10 months of which were spent studying abroad in Europe and Latin America. During this time, I learned Spanish (making me trilingual, as I also speak Dutch since my family is from Belgium). I transferred to LMU in 2024 and have been working as a journalist since. I have more than five years of experience with professional photography and am often drawn to social, political, and cultural issues in my work.
